Will, founder of APH, approached us with a unique request: to design and manufacture a one-of-a-kind hat to be given to each player registering for their tournament. It needed to be warm, look cool and most importantly, something that would be worn again. He wanted something high quality that would reflect well on the tournament he's spent so much time building.
PROJECT GOALS
- Design a unique piece of headwear that is on-trend and suitable for winter.
- Increase tournament participation by offering a cool giveaway item.
- Create an insanely easy design & ordering process for the APH team.
Working with the Anchor team on this merch project was a dream come true compared to past experiences I've had with custom product. Not only was the whole process incredibly easy, but Dan and his team basically helped me invent a new hat style that only existed in my brain.

Our Sherpa Flap Hat was the perfect solution for this project. Features include APH's signature bridge logo on the front paired with a fun micro-corduroy fabric and an adjustable sweatband to fit more head shapes.
