Our partnership with Obsessed Garage was formed on the idea that the standard blank headwear just doesn’t cut it. The OG team was ready for a headwear collection that never compromised on details and would outlast what the competitors were offering.
After months of communication with the Obsessed Garage team, we landed on a completely custom trucker hat featuring with stretch mesh and unique brand hits. We obsessed over the details from PMS color matching the interior jacquard seam tape to the reinforced brim stitching and highly detailed brand elements scattered throughout each hat. This 15-piece collection was built for the obsessed, by the obsessed.

We took the classic OG Hex Hat and elevated it by adding in stretchy mesh and a soft, silicone snap closure for unparalleled comfort. We added a moisture-wicking polyester lining to the front panels to protect against sweat stains. Not to mention the subtle, yet precise branding elements throughout each hat. Building on the same construction details from the OG Hex Hat, we updated the front woven label while exploring more earth-toned colorways. We decided on an embossed gunmetal label and finished the underside of the brim with a premium heather gray fabric.
